BIMNovate is a digital construction practice working across the Maldives, India, and Singapore. We exist because too many builds in our region still ship as a stack of disconnected 2D drawings — and pay for it in rebar nightmares on site.

Started in Malé.
Built for the region.

BIMNovate began in 2018 with one architect, a borrowed Revit licence, and a stubborn belief that small-island construction should not lag the rest of the world by a decade. The first project was a four-storey commercial fit-out in Malé — modeled end-to-end, federated against the structural drawings, and shipped with a clash report that genuinely changed how the site team worked.

Eight years later we're a ~20-person practice across three countries, with engagements spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure. The thesis hasn't changed: BIM should be a habit, not a feature.
