BIM execution plan
Written to ISO 19650, scoped to the client's actual project type and team size.
We write the BIM execution plan, choose the CDE, set the standards your team will actually follow, and train the people who have to use them — so BIM adoption survives past the first project.

Section 01 · The problem
Most BIM execution plans are written to satisfy a tender requirement, not to be followed. They get filed after submission and the team reverts to whatever workflow it already knew — which means the standard exists on paper and nowhere else.
We write execution plans and standards that match the team's actual software, actual skill level, and actual project pipeline — then we stay through the first few projects to make sure the plan is the thing people open, not the thing people forget.
A standard nobody follows isn't a standard. It's a document.
Section 02 · Our approach
Audit current capability
Software licenses, team skill level, existing templates, and past project pain points — assessed honestly before anything is prescribed.
Author the BEP / EIR
Execution plan and exchange information requirements written to match the team's real workflow, not a generic template.
Select the CDE and stack
Platform recommendation — BIM 360, ACC, Trimble Connect, or whatever fits the client's existing IT environment and budget.
Train the team
Role-specific training delivered against the new standard, not a generic software course.
Support the first live project
Embedded support through the first project running on the new standard, with adjustments made from what actually happens at desk level.
The engagement ends when the standard survives without us in the room — not when the document is delivered.
Section 03 · Deliverables
01
BIM execution plan
Written to ISO 19650, scoped to the client's actual project type and team size.
02
Exchange information requirements
EIR document defining what's delivered, when, and in what format — for tender or appointment.
03
CDE setup & governance
Platform selected, configured, and documented with a folder structure and permission model the team can maintain.
04
Standards & template library
Naming conventions, shared parameters, view templates, and title blocks — ready to load into the team's authoring tool.
05
Training curriculum
Role-specific sessions with materials the client retains for onboarding future hires.
06
Adoption review
Assessment after the first live project, with a punch list of what to adjust before the standard scales.
Section 04 · Tools & standards
Platforms and processes we recommend — selected per client, not sold as a package.
Standards we author and roll out.

PunggolSingaporeResidential2025
Fourteen-storey residential block delivered to Singapore BCA standards. We authored the BEP and CDE structure and trained the in-house team on the standard before modeling began — the authoring itself was run entirely by the client's own team.
