Our Approach
How we approached it.
Estate-scale coordination requires a block-by-block model structure that can be managed independently and federated at estate level. We authored the coordination protocol for the full estate, established the ACC project structure with a zone-based model breakdown, and assigned coordination leads per block.
Weekly clash detection runs were conducted at both block and estate level. Block-level runs caught discipline conflicts within each building; estate-level runs identified cross-block services coordination issues — particularly at the central utilities spine.
